Tragedy Stroke: BRT Bus Kills Soldier, Colleagues Unleash Terror On Drivers & Others At PalmGroove

A BRT bus just killed a soldier this morning at Palm groove, Onipanu, and his colleagues have stormed the area, stopping BRT buses, beating the drivers including innocent passengers. According to a source even onlookers are not spared. They have currently blocked a part of the road and are destroying any BRT bus in sight.

 Godwin Ohimai is the Special Assistant to the Minister of State for Defence, yes, the guy with 'that' wedding cake, and he has just sparked outrage on Twitter after he posted tweets blasting everyone that said the Nigerian Army is to be blamed for the Palmgroove attack this morning.

The Nigerian army had after the vandalism this morning, denied their involvement, saying:

It’s not true that the soldiers destroyed buses or set any bus on fire. What happened was that a BRT bus knocked down a soldier and killed him. As usual in Lagos, area boys gathered and a few soldiers stopped at the scene as well. The GOC has dispatched military policemen to the scene to help restore law and order.”

And in a series of tweets, Godwin dared anyone who has accused the Nigerian Army of the BRT vandalism to produce a photo evidence. His tweets continue after the cut

This has caused a lot of commotion and I hear other BRT drivers are not willing to leave the park, especially those plying that route. So a lot of passengers are likely to be stranded this morning. Please it’s not a joke avoid the route if you can.
