off her post-pregnancy figure in a white lace dress.
She is reportedly in Las Vegas for er extravagant bash on Friday night, four days after her actual birthday.
She tweeted 'Let the bday festivities begin Vega$' to kick off the party.
The corset-style top pushed the new mother's already large breasts up even more, as she stared demurely into the camera.
