moment. First was her court case with a former staff whom she referred to as half baked, now, we are informed that the actress and publisher is currently in debt over her newly published magazine that debuted in the market few weeks ago.

While the actress Monalisa Chinda is currently trying to run the second edition of the self-named magazine, sources in the know says that the magazine is not selling in the markets and vendors have stopped picking up the magazine for display. An informed source says the magazine which is been sold for five thousand naira per copy has about three hundred and thirty six pages. Sources also says the few that was put up for sale in Ghana is also not doing well at all. We heard the actress had pumped in over five million naira into publishing the international standard magazine.

We heard Monalisa and her management team has returned to the drawing board to re-strategize on how to re-enter the market with the next publication that is nearing completion if not ready for publishing. The magazine is a fashion and life style publication. This is not the first time the magazine that was once published by Mona’s former boy friend, Lanre Nzeribe, will be running into troubled waters.
