Big congrats to Cristiano Ronaldo. Cos finally, he has broken Lionel
Messi’s run of four consecutive victories as World's Footballer of the
Year.
The only time Cristiano Ronaldo won the world’s best footballer award in
2008, he sent a message to his family back in Madeira: “You can start
the fireworks now.” This time, much more than fireworks will be started.
Ronaldo beat Barcelona player Lionel Messi and France and Bayern Munich
player Franck Ribery to win the 2013 FIFA Ballon D'or award.
