Time Magazine acclaimed
Nollywood Queen, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, was omitted at the Nollywood @
20 awards ceremony as Genevieve Nnaji gets an award for her
contribution towards the industry.
On Wednesday, November 27, 2013, several Nollywood stars were honoured
by the organizers of the Nollywood @ 20 awards ceremony at the
Intercontinental Hotel on Victoria Island.
Few stakeholders found it rather unusual why the most influential
Nigerian-according to Time Magazine- was not only absent but omitted
from the awards ceremony.
Other contemporaries of the Ije star and popular faces including Genevieve Nnaji were awarded by the organizers of the awards ceremony.
