The moment Paul Walker's Porsche Carrera GT tragically crashed into a tree was
caught on CCTV. And the video has emerged amid investigation into the accident that killed him and pal Roger Rodas.

The footage was captured by CCTV cameras on the roof of an industrial park close to the crash site.

Video shows Roger Rodas' red Porsche Carrera GT as it crashed into one of the trees lining the road.

Seconds later, the vehicle explodes, sending plumes of thick black smoke into the air.

Approaching cars are forced to stop as the dramatic scene unfolds, before emergency services are seen arriving.

Police are investigating whether Rodas had been involved in a high-speed street race before the accident.
So far, accident investigators 'have received eyewitness statements that the car involved was travelling alone at a high rate of speed'.
