The first lady today met with officials of Nigerian
Oceanographic Institute for Marine and Research purposes in Poland where she had
gone to commission a training ship and immediately adopted the new vogue of
Ebola greeting, where you don’t shake hands but rub your own palms together as
a form of greeting.
